Yoga with a small budget? Yes you can!

In Eindhoven you can attend yoga lessons for 1 euro per lesson, but how? People with a minimum loan can follow yoga lessons from now on with Sociaal Solidair in Vlokhoven. It is not only meant for their physical health, but also to socialize with people from their neighbourhood. The yoga lessons will take place in the reception hall of Stichting Sociaal Solidair on the Pachtakker in Vlokhoven. The yoga lessons will take place in groups of maximum 9 people.

On february 14th is the first lesson and it starts at 10:45 am. For the small price of 1 euro per lesson you will get a cup of coffee or tea and a yoga lesson. The initiators of this special action hope this will help the people with their mental and physical health. The foundation helps these people with all kinds of stuff and initiatives like the yoga lessons.

Currently the foundation is looking for different locations in Eindhoven they can use for free and they are also looking for teachers that can teach for free. We are looking for teachers who teach dance or physical education, but it could also be other classes you would like to teach.
